Our Simple Structured Process to Deliver your turnkey AI Infrastructure

Reservation Deposit
STEP 1 is a simple checkout process selecting which compute infrastructure level your application requires paired with payment processing. During this step you will pay for a fully Refundable $250,000 Deposit made to securely reserve a delivery date and then go directly to STEP 2.

Onboarding and Early Development Session
Every ADHERE GEAR Micro data center is a complete, plug-and-play micro data center, pre-engineered with best-in-class infrastructure. We deliver the entire solution—from the generator to the racks—and our “white glove” service handles all site installation and commissioning. During this step we discuss your specification and use case and assess your needs for AI and compute to ensure you get the best in class edge infrastructure to meet your appetite for growth, impact and innovation. Anytime during this process your $250,000 deposit is refundable if we do not mutually agree to enter the build process. STEP 3 is next.

Strategic Planning, Review & Finalization
During STEP 3 we issue you our MLA, SLA, and SOW all inclusive contracts, Starting with a deployment payment is required upfront. We then start the clock to getting your infrastructure built and delivered to begin the lease. All lease options include 24/7 maintenance integrated in our SOW, SLA and MLA agreements. We don’t offer low tier base infrastructure for lease. We only build the best, with Top Tier internal components, 1st class infrastructure with the most reliable components the world has to offer. All you need to decide is your level of AI compute required for your specific use case and application. Every AGS POD is a complete, plug-and-play modular infrastructure, pre-engineered with best-in-class, liquid-cooled systems with state of the art integrations and operations. We deliver the entire full stack solution and SLA support agreement from the generator to the racks and the facility—and our “white glove” service handles all site installation, commissioning and maintenance operations for the duration of the lease with evergreen refresh built into your SLA to keep your compute stack relevant and up to date.

What are the site requirements for one of these units?
Our Edge Infrastructure are designed to be “plug-and-play.” Because they feature integrated, high-efficiency cooling, you don’t need a special server room or dedicated HVAC. You just need a stable, level surface built to the specifications and plans and high grade power connection [aired with network links . All sites follow our pre-determined civil plans to ensure seamless integration into your site.
How long does it take to deploy?
Deployment is in weeks, not months or years. Our units are pre-integrated and factory-tested before they arrive. This allows you to bypass the complex design and construction phases of a traditional data center and get your AI applications running almost immediately after production is completed. Lead time on production is 3 Months dependent on region/location for deployment.
How do you handle security, especially at a remote or edge location?
Security is layered. Physically, the units are housed in rugged, tamper-proof with biometric and facial technology integrated into a sophisticated door lock system. The facility includes 24/7 environmental monitoring from our integrated AI and remotely from your device. Digitally, our modular facility supports modern network security protocols and data encryption, ensuring your sensitive data remains secure and on-premises. All monitored 24/7 by our team.

What is the guaranteed annual uptime of our modular micro data centers?
Our AG-Polaris Series edge infrastructure are engineered and designed to meet the Uptime Institute Tier IV classification, featuring N2+1 redundancy across power and cooling. We understand that third-party validation is non-negotiable for critical infrastructure. Therefore, we will include both the Tier Certification of Design Documents (TCDD) and the Tier Certification of Constructed Facility (TCCF) from the Uptime Institute as a formal, mandatory deliverable in our contract. The completed TCCF will be provided and validated prior to the facility’s final acceptance and delivery, ensuring you receive unbiased, third-party proof of the physical asset’s reliability.
What is the guaranteed operational Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) under projected AI loads?
While the exact annual average PUE depends on the specific operational set point and the local weather data, the Free-Air/Closed-Loop design targets a best-in-class operational PUE. We guaranteed Annual Average PUE of approximately <1.2 for the entire facility.
