The ADHERE GEAR E-Waste Secure Kiosk (ESK) system is a proprietary, self-contained solution designed exclusively for the secure and auditable decommissioning of retired components within your Data Center or Micro Data Center. This integrated smart kiosk and smart collection bin allows your team to log and securely deposit e-waste instantly.

The AG-ESK transforms your regulatory obligation into a streamlined, risk-free process by ensuring precise component logging, continuous environmental monitoring, and guaranteed data destruction via an integrated collection network.

Key System Features and Integrated Benefits:

• Self-Contained Smart Kiosk & Tally: Integrated software and hardware automatically log and tally e-waste as it’s deposited. The system ensures an unbroken, auditable record starts the moment the asset is placed inside the ESK.
• Secured & Monitored Collection Bin: The internal, enlarged smart waste bin is continuously monitored for environmental hazards (e.g., temperature, moisture) to ensure the safety and compliance of the secured e-waste collection.
• Certified Data Destruction: We guarantee the complete, verifiable destruction of all sensitive data using industry-leading methods (including NIST 800-88 compliant physical destruction and/or multi-pass wiping) before any asset leaves the data center via our collection network.
• Detailed Audit & Compliance Reporting: Receive a comprehensive Certificate of Destruction (COD) and a detailed audit trail for every serialized ADHERE GEAR component. This data, logged by the ESK, satisfies regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA) and provides proof of responsible disposal.
• Integrated Collection Service (Add-on): The AG- ESK system is paired with our proprietary Secure E-Waste Lifecycle Management (SELM) Service. This service provides optimized logistics, secure, pre-arranged pickup, and ensures a Zero-Landfill Policy through a certified recycling partner network.
• Turnkey Deployment: The ESK is a proprietary, self-contained, and integrated component designed for rapid, seamless deployment within your micro data center or data center configuration.

What happens next?

In Step 2, you’ll engage in a personalized consultation where we assess your specific needs, component types, and physical deployment site. This ensures we configure your ESK system and the connected SELM service to be turnkey for your deployment within your micro data center, data center, or collocation configuration.

If, after our initial consultations, your specifications or use case do not align with our turnkey models, we guarantee a full refund of your $25,000 deposit. The refund will be processed the next business day following our mutual agreement to conclude the process without a purchase or lease.
